Our Strawberry Pie Recipe

Drop-in to Bjs Produce next door for some fresh strawberries and make your own strawberry pie. This is how we do it.
 

Ingredients

• 1 box strawberry jello
• 1/4 cup cornstarch
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup of boiling water
• 1 quart of fresh strawberries

Directions

1. Mix dry ingredients together
2. Stir in 1 cup of boiling water
3. Stir in sliced strawberries
4. Spoon into cooked pie crust
5. Optional, line the bottom of the pie crust with cream cheese icing
6. Let cool in the refrigerator
