Stroke Awareness Month! 85% of Strokes Happen without Warning

Can you name the warning signs of a stroke?

Most people can name a few signs that indicate someone is having a stroke — dizziness, slurred or loss of speech, face drooping, headaches and blurred vision. But most people do not know that 85% of strokes have no warning, aside from the stroke itself.
