The heat indicates summer has arrived even though the calendar says we have a few days before the true start of summer. Please be sure you are hydrating your body during these super hot days!
Thanks for the comments about the crockpot meals. I know most are poultry based and this is intentional. Remember chicken is usually more affordable and better for us. I am trying to be sneaky about encouraging healthy eating.
A study released this week says that a short walk after meals will help regulate blood sugar levels. It doesn't have to be much, the recommended time was 15 minutes. This is doable folks. Lets get moving and enjoy life!
