The weekend is here! I am anxious to tackle all the projects on my to do list. We all have more things to do than time but let's try to take a little time for ourselves. Our own mental health and well being is critical to long term health. Update on smoothies: I am trying very hard to have one smoothie a day. It is easy to have one in the evening, I just pretend it is a milkshake! The blueberry and banana combination is still my favorite. I tried substituting the spinach for kale when my local Wal Mart was out of kale; it wasn't quite as good in my opinion.
