Good morning friends,
Another cold morning here in central Arkansas. Come on spring! I understand some schools in the state are approaching 20 days of missed instruction. Where was all this snow when I was a kid? Snow days were a rarity in Northwest Arkansas. I guess those mules we rode uphill to school had snow shoes!
